The hands in question are those of the two chefs Andrea Ribaldone and Edoardo Traverso, who put their passion into creating the lunch menu at Identità Golose in Milan: a venue promoted by Berlucchi and dedicated to food and wine culture, where the spotlight is always on research and innovation.
