The heart of its 2018 programme will be NutriMenti. A week of Gastronomic Culture, an array of seminars, tastings, and public encounters Monday 2 through Saturday 7 July 2018, all focusing on promoting a critical and in-depth appreciation of themes of fundamental importance in gastronomy.
Berlucchi’s presence will be anchored by its vintage-dated ’61 Nature 2010 Franciacorta, which received Three Stars in the I vini di Veronelli guide, and the Berlucchi maison will join the brilliant thinkers during the discussions that will illustrate the crucial role that Italy’s gastronomic heritage plays in its overall culture.
The six days will offer a number of occasions promoting Italy’s wine culture. They include an invitation-only tasting panel tating place in the Palladio’s fabulous Salone del Cenacolo, where Paolo Veronese painted his Marriage at Cana; guided tastings by members of the Alta Scuola Veronelli and by well-known wine journalists; and a press-only tasting.
