The city where dreams come true was the stage for an event created by Berlucchi and Gambero Rosso to celebrate the nomination as Winery of the Year 2022.
The event was hosted in the prestigious Italian-leaning restaurant Ci Siamo in Manhattan. Its beautiful location and breathtaking terrace looking onto the Empire State Building were the backdrop for first a technical Masterclass and then a sparkling-themed party.
During the Masterclass, Cristina Ziliani along with Marco Sabellico and Arturo Ziliani, the latter live streaming from Palazzo Lana, led an elite group of experts and technicians from the world of wine in a tasting of a careful selection of our Franciacorta range: starting with the ’61 line, proceeding to a selection of ’61 Nature vintages, and finally reaching a crescendo with a vertical tasting of selected Palazzo Lana vintages.
The day ended with a sparkling-themed party, where our Franciacorta wines, poured to the sound of live music, greeted all our guests in a magical atmosphere in the shimmering metropolis.
With every sip, our wines paid handsome tribute to the land of Franciacorta, in a place both far away and yet somehow close to us, touching the hearts of all those present.
