Inspired by his personal culinary philosophy based on simplicity and respect for the local biome, on seasonality and uncompromising high-quality ingredients, Chef Canzian will guide guests to a deeper appreciation of Berlucchi’s Riserva Palazzo Lana Extrême 2013, recently released in a new packaging of refined contemporaneity.
